Today Ukraine celebrates the 15-th anniversary of Ukrainian Constitution. But I must honestly say You, dear reader, that Ukrainians didn't celebrate this day. Because all citizens see and understand how state power breaks the main Law of the country every day. So I only wish people perform the laws. Then Constitution holiday will be in Ukraine.

Constitution Day in Ukraine
Today Ukraine celebrates the 15-th anniversary of Ukrainian Constitution. But I must honestly say You, dear reader, that Ukrainians didn't celebrate this day.
