I'm thinking now about what every political leader must do to win at the elections with his party or to become a President etc. The mainest thing for political leader (besides his leader's skills and knowledges) is his skill to choose people into his party. I remember American President Theodore Roosevelt's biography. He was very careful to people surrounded him beginning from his servants finishing his party's members, he wanted to know everything about them and didn't forget it, using it in the necessary moments. Such interests towards the people helped him to become a President of the USA. T. Roosvelte knew interests of surrounded him people and told about it with them, he remembered birthdays and to congratulate with its, he could just ask "How are you today?" even his servant, so all of that was a main secret of T. Roosvelte' success.
Ukrainian political leaders often don't carefully choose people to their parties. And I think it's a principal problem of such occurence as moving of deputies or party's members from one party to another in Ukraine. It's shameful occurence, of course, but it's beginning from mistaken thoughts of politicians that quantity is equal to quality.

Svyatoslav Shevchuk was elected a new Head of Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church (UGCC). He was born in Stryy, Lviv region, in 1970 and he is very highly educated and clever, and young as for the head of church. I hope he'll govern in the best way and will continue the activity of the former Head Lyubomyr Huzar.
The Head of UGCC Svyatoslav Shevchuk studied in "Don Bosko Centre" of Buenos Aires, Lviv Ecclesiastical Seminary and Pontifical University of Saint Thomas Aquinas in Rome. S. Shevchuk was vice-rector of Lviv Ecclesiastical Seminary of Saint Spirit in 2000-2007 and its rector in 2007-2009, L. Huzar's private secretary and chief of UGCC Secretariat in 2002-2005, vice-dean of theological faculty in Lviv Theological Academy (nowadays Ukrainian Catholic University) in 2001, bishop of UGCC in Buenos Aires from 2009.

Tomorrow will be hold the elections of a new Head of Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church (UGCC). Though a month ago I couldn't believe almost two days in the news of Lyubomyr Huzar's becoming as the Archbishop emeritus instead of the Head of UGCC. Who can be the Head of UGCC, if not L. Huzar? Tomorrow it will be known. But I'm scaring a little bit. And even nowadays I can't understand all reasons of the post's leaving of L. Huzar. But ok, it was his decision. Lyubomyr Huzar is very clever and kind man, who always takes care about church and nation of Ukraine. I just very want to see another man on the head's post of UGCC, who also will be such religious, beautiful and careful person as L. Huzar was. The new Head will be elected by the bishops of UGCC, so Ukrainians may only pray for a good choice of the head.
Tomorrow's elections are really important, because Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church was one of the main forces thanks to which Ukraine became an independent state. Soviet regime wanted to destroy UGCC during long time - from 1946 till 1989, when UGCC was in the underground. In that cruel atheistic soviet epoch Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church was unique church for Ukrainians, where they could go and listen prayers in Ukrainian. Somestimes Ukrainians went into Catholic churches, but all liturgies were in Polish there. Ukranians also could go into Orthodox churches, but the few went there, because all knew that Orthodox priests were the agents of KGB too. What a sorrowful time it was! Just imagine, one day You decided to confess in the church, You came and confessed to priest (agent), and the next day KGB knew everything about Your confession's words...Sad time, I wish it never come back! In that time any person could be arrested only because of a few religious books at home. That's why Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church was in the underground for many years. Men secretly studied on the priests and then they secretly were consecrated on the priests. All liturgies, marriages, christenings, dirges were secretly held at somebody's home. For examlpe, my parents were also married by Ukrainian Greek Catholic priest at their home. And I was baptized by Ukrainian Greek Catholic priest at home too. Such was that difficult time. And even then UGCC was alive church!
So tomorrow I only wish the best head's choice of all possibile for Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church.

Citizens of any state can have their equal rights only in the lawabiding state where Constitution's laws function well. But what situation is in Ukraine? A few days ago Serhiy Kivalov, a man who falsifyed the Ukrainian presidential elections in 2004 (but, fortunately, then were held fair re-elections), was nominated as the best Ukrainian jurist in the annual "Person of the year". Why did it happen? Maybe because it's necessary to keep own promises in this world and in another case a person is a lier and a traitor of anothers' trust. For example, a former Ukrainian president Viktor Yushchenko was elected thanks to fair re-elections, which were organized after people's Orange revolution. But what did he do as a president? Did he punish falsifyed elections' organizers of 2004? No, but in 2009, during his presidency, mr. Kivalov was also nominated as the best jurist of the year by Organization of jurists of Ukraine.
...Traitor of the trust of millions Ukrainians...

Many Ukrainians again and again search a job because of the growing unemployment, while state power says about mythical better changes on the TV. More and more Ukrainians can't find job, while politicians say about economical stability in the country. But what is that stability? Is it a stability of becoming of life's worst conditions in the economical sense? Or another question, for what does State occupation's centre exist in every state and for what in Ukraine? Because Ukrainian state occupation's centre is only for statistics of the unemployeds, but isn't to help them in their job's searching. When Ukrainian citizen goes to register in the State occupation's centre, he/she can't imagine about all difficulty and unnecessarity of this registration. The discharge by own wish is the most spread reason of the discharge in Ukraine, because employers like it the best and often say workers to write an application of the discharge by own wish - it's the most simple way to stop working relations between an employer and a worker. But when man is discharged by his own wish, he can't get financial aid of State occupation's centre during three months from the registration's date. So is it state help for unemployed? No way. But You can think, maybe then State occupation's centre proposes some vacations for unemployed? Yes, proposes vacations of unexisting firms or unexisting vacations of the real firms, which don't know nothing about such activity of State occupation's centre! Or workers of Ukrainian occupation's centre can just say the next: "good vacations are only for our fellows and friends". Or another: "someone is registered almost two years here and we still find a job for this person, so if You're registrered a few months here and You haven't yet got a job, it's not a big trouble". Plus a delay of the financial aid of State occupation's centre for unemployeds is often situation in Ukraine.
There were real facts of the activity of that state organization, which I know surely.
And now let we think, what can young unemployed man do when he has a wife staying at home with their small baby? So for what does such unnecessary organization as State occupation's centre exist and finance with the budget's money? I don't know, really.

Difficult period in the state gives perfect possibilities to see who is who indeed. Amazing time, You know! Because after Orange revolution of 2004 it was very simple thing to do - to sing Ukrainian songs, to dress vyshyvanka, to say about national values in Ukraine. Nowadays such activity may be antistate, because state became pro-Russian. Yes...It's not funny.
And it's very sad when some university's fellows begin to support pro-Russian politics. But how perfectly they talked about Ukrainian nationalism 5 years ago and how beautifully they dressed vyshyvanka at the lectures! Time is changing, they are changing too...
