European football championship Euro-2012 finished on July 1, 2012. Spain's football team became European champion. But in Ukraine Euro-2012 doesn't finish yet, because some strange and incomprehensible situation is continueing - special departments of preparation for Euro-2012 still exist in the city councils of 4 Ukrainian host-cities of Euro-2012, so in Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv and Donets city councils. Even official site of UEFA has already eliminated Ukrainian and Polish site's versions, which were done specially and only for Euro-2012.Departments of preparation for Euro-2012 were also created in these four Ukrainian city councils only after Ukraine had got the right to organize with Poland European football championship in 2012. There is no need to prepare for Euro-2012 now, because European football championship ended and the champion is known. But there are the workers in these departments of preparation for Euro-2012 and that workers get salary form city budget for their job. But...What do they do, working there?
