New language's law - the law of the russification of Ukraine

Ukraine's Parliament voted for new language's law in the second part on July 7th, 2012 in the same brutal way as the Parliament had voted in the firts part of the voting on June 5th, 2012. So on July 7th, 2012 some deputies voted not only for themselves, but also for their absent colleagues, which was the violation of Ukrainian Constitution, and even the Head of the Parliament Volodymyr Lytvyn was absent during the voting for new language's law, but that law was announced as accepted by Parliament's Vice-Speaker Adam Martynyuk. Then Ukraine's citizens waited several weeks the decisions of President Viktor Yanukovych and Parliament's Speaker V.Lytvyn if they would sign this new languages' law or wouldn't sign it. Ukranians made public protests, some people began to hungerstrike on the cities' squares against new language's law, but it didn't help. Voted in unfair way and announced as voted without the presence of the majority of Parliament's deputies and without Parliament's Speaker in the session hall of the parliament, so such new languages' law was signed by Ukraine's President V. Yanukovych and Ukrainian Parliament's Speaker V. Lytvyn. And the great russification has yet increased in Ukraine...Sorrowfully...Regional councils of Luhansk, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions and the city councils of Mykolayiv, Sevastopol, Kharkiv, Kherson, Odesa, Krasnyy Luch and Pervomaysk (last both in Luhansk region) has already accepted Russian as regional language in their localities during the past two weeks. It means that Ukrainian language will not be obligatory anymore anywhere in these Ukraine's regions and cities. It means that Russian officially will be the main language there. Present Ukraine's state power makes a huge russification of my dear Ukraine.
