Many Ukrainians again and again search a job because of the growing unemployment, while state power says about mythical better changes on the TV. More and more Ukrainians can't find job, while politicians say about economical stability in the country. But what is that stability? Is it a stability of becoming of life's worst conditions in the economical sense? Or another question, for what does State occupation's centre exist in every state and for what in Ukraine? Because Ukrainian state occupation's centre is only for statistics of the unemployeds, but isn't to help them in their job's searching. When Ukrainian citizen goes to register in the State occupation's centre, he/she can't imagine about all difficulty and unnecessarity of this registration. The discharge by own wish is the most spread reason of the discharge in Ukraine, because employers like it the best and often say workers to write an application of the discharge by own wish - it's the most simple way to stop working relations between an employer and a worker. But when man is discharged by his own wish, he can't get financial aid of State occupation's centre during three months from the registration's date. So is it state help for unemployed? No way. But You can think, maybe then State occupation's centre proposes some vacations for unemployed? Yes, proposes vacations of unexisting firms or unexisting vacations of the real firms, which don't know nothing about such activity of State occupation's centre! Or workers of Ukrainian occupation's centre can just say the next: "good vacations are only for our fellows and friends". Or another: "someone is registered almost two years here and we still find a job for this person, so if You're registrered a few months here and You haven't yet got a job, it's not a big trouble". Plus a delay of the financial aid of State occupation's centre for unemployeds is often situation in Ukraine.
There were real facts of the activity of that state organization, which I know surely.
And now let we think, what can young unemployed man do when he has a wife staying at home with their small baby? So for what does such unnecessary organization as State occupation's centre exist and finance with the budget's money? I don't know, really.

Difficult period in the state gives perfect possibilities to see who is who indeed. Amazing time, You know! Because after Orange revolution of 2004 it was very simple thing to do - to sing Ukrainian songs, to dress vyshyvanka, to say about national values in Ukraine. Nowadays such activity may be antistate, because state became pro-Russian. Yes...It's not funny.
And it's very sad when some university's fellows begin to support pro-Russian politics. But how perfectly they talked about Ukrainian nationalism 5 years ago and how beautifully they dressed vyshyvanka at the lectures! Time is changing, they are changing too...

Harmony needs in this world. In my opinion such harmony can exist when people will do the best of what they can. Because people will be happy with their favourite job! So when someone can explain and give his knowledge to another, then must be a teacher. When someone wonderfully cooks many dishes, then must be a chief-cook of the restaurant. When someone likes to study the medicine and to treat anothers, then must be a doctor. When someone has good skills to write, then must be a writer. When someone enjoys to play soccer the best of all, then must be a football-player, etc. And the same situation must be in the politics - when someone can do better changes in the state and can also organize people to do that better changes with him, then he must be a politician.
But such necessary harmony isn't in Ukrainian society. Many examples show an opposite things of it - people often work there, where they only want to work, but even don't know how to do their job. And I suppose that this absurd situation makes Ukrainian economics such as it's nowadays. So Ukraine needs changes in it.
And remembering the yesterday's first anniversary of Viktor Yanukovych's being on the post of the President of Ukraine, I want to wish him the health, of course, because it needs for everyone. I also wish that once one night's dream will come to him and tell about the necessity of understanding simple things - that anyone must do what he really can, using his best skills and knowledge. And I very wish a big courage to do a sage step, such step like former Russian president Borys Yeltsyn did on the New Year's Eve in 1999 - to retire from the president's post.
One year of Yanukovych's power was enough for Ukraine.

Almost every day I feel that live in the country of the nonsenses. Ukrainian language is unique state language in Ukraine. But what did our state power decide? Decided to shut many secondary schools with Ukrainian language of education in Donetsk and Luhansk regions from September this year. State power said about the necessity of state budget's economy, instead people understood pro-Russian activity of this present pro-Russian state power of Ukraine. It's generally a big nonsense - the fact that a majority of schools in Donbas (Donetsk and Luhansk regions) are with Russian language of education, and state Ukrainian language is only one of the educational subjects in these schools. And now that several Donbas' schools with Ukrainian languages of education are in the danger to be shut in the country with name Ukraine. Yeh, unbelievable fact.
Power's politicians say about economy of budget's money. So I can say them "Begin economy from themselves!" Stop to buy cars, houses, airplanes for state money and all will be better and it won't be a necessity to shut any schools!
Because only educated people can make fine changes in the economics.

The state without fair justice - Ukraine. Here are some huge examples of it. According to the Constitution of Ukraine, people's deputies must personally vote for accepting of the laws in Ukrainian parliament, but it's very often the next situation that some deputy votes for himself and for his absent colleagues-deputies! So it looks like one man runs across session's hall of the parliament and just pushes the buttons for voting instead of his several absent friends from the party. And then parliament' speaker says "the law is accepted" with, for example, 300 voices of the deputies, though there aren't 300 deputies in the session's hall...So people's deputies don't vote personally in the parliament, breaking the main law - Constitution!
Every people's deputy may have only one job - in Ukrainian parliament. But often people's deputies hold also another high state post, getting two salaries from the state budget at the same time! Or there are many deputies that don't go or go very rarely into the parliament's sessions, just shirk their work, but get their salaries per 100%! And in the year's end people's deputies can also get annual material help for their sanitation - how many thousands hryvnya from Ukrainian budget for all that deputies!
And yesterday the chief of the Central Electoral Commission V. Shapoval registered seven new people's deputies! Amazing, how it could be possible? How it could be when according to the Ukrainian Constitution all people's deputies must be elected by citizens of Ukraine on the parliamentary elections and yesterday weren't such elections?
Yeh, in this unlawful country I live. And millions of Ukrainians live too. It doesn't mean that population of Ukraine is stupid, no. Only there is a question what to do with this impudent and cynical state power.

Egyptian people won! The revolution in Egypt won! It's very very fine news for Ukrainians.
I wanted to read many sites about that news, but, You know, some sites are blocking now, for example, I can't enter on CNN's, The Washington Post's and Facebook's sites. These sites have already blocked! Censorship? Is someone afraid of Egyptian version in Ukraine? Maybe, maybe.

Lviv historical centre was included in the World Heritage list of UNESCO on December 4th, 1998. And nowadays Lviv's citizens can see unlawful building in the yard of the Bernardine Monastery complex of XVIIth century, which is also considered as historic centre of the city. This unlawful glassy building was constructed with firm "!Фест" in December of 2010 as a restaurant of meat dishes with future name "Катівня", in English - "Execution's house"! Fortunately, that restaurant's deal was stopped because of the decision of one Lviv Court and because of Lviv community's discontent. According to court's decision of December, 16th that building must be destroyed, but almost two months passed since this time and "future restaurant" is still there. How great human cynicism is! To construct restaurant close to St. Andriy Church, one of the part of UNESCO's heritage, to construct without any state permissions, to name building "Execution's house" and to build one of the restaurant's wall to one of the Bernardine Monastery's wall.
Is it really true that money decides all in the world?...I don't want to believe in it.

What is a friendship? I don't know how to find real friend in this great world. Today one my fellow (which I guessed a friend earlier) called me. I know this fellow almost ten years and thought that I really know him, so how I was happy of his calling! Because it's a difficult period in my life, especially from the beginnig of this year, but I shan't tell You details, sorry. So I just wanted to hear "How are you?" from him, but it wasn't interested him. He proposed me to travel in one Ukrainian region and said about tour's price and when it would be necessary to pay him. And nothing else interest wasn't in that calling.
Last week my fellow from university's group also called me and told about her new activity as a tailor and proposed to buy her things. I'm glad that she likes her new job, but it's a pity that after five years our friendship she wasn't interested in our relations, but only in money.
Another girl from my university's group, with whom I had closest friendly relations in the university and which I considered the best, so this girl also missed me and wrote Internet-message that she is a singer now! And she invited me to her concert, saying about ticket's price, of course...
And a few days ago one fellow invited me to his psychological course of destroying any depression! What genius he is, I thought. He knows that I'm a little bit depressed now. Just a real friend! But I mistook, because he didn't ask "How are your deals?" or other similar questions, but said a price of his course. And that's all.
I think it's good when people have a skill to "make money", but I don't like and don't understand when they're going craizy about money. I thought that a nice talking between friends is worth than money. Or these all people weren't friends!? Probably not.
Why is it night now? I would like to play on the piano, to have a nice musical conversation with my old piano-friend, which doesn't need any money for our talking...
p.s. this my blog is about themes more public, political, historical, cultural and touristic, than psychological, but this thread is a few another, sorry.

This thread I dedicate to my favourite Lviv's paving, a great basalt paving which was in the majority of the streets in Lviv's centre till 2006. Since that year Andriy Sadovyy became a mayor of the city and he is Lviv's mayor till nowadays. In common there was and is a problem of the bad roads in Ukraine and Lviv isn't an exception in it. Yes, Lviv needs good roads in the streets. But the views of the decision of this problems were and are very "interesting" in Lviv's mayor. Instead of new roads' construction in the city he decided to re-construct the roads in the historical part of Lviv and almost all central streets, including centralest street Svoboda Avenue, which were paved with basalt paving earlier.
I must say You that tradition to cover streets with nice paving has yet begun since 1462 in Lviv. So Lviv's historian Denys Zubrytskyy in his "Chronicle of the city of Lviv" ("Хроніка міста Львова") wrote that in that 1462 year was constantly lasting a process of the paving of new streets. Because Lviv was one of the main cities in the Polish kingdom. But the biggest quantity of Lviv's central streets was paved since 1772, when Lviv became a territory of Austro-Hungarian Empire. And almost all roads' paving in the centre was made with black basalt, which is considered as a strong stone and as an expensive building material for roads. That basalt paving was laid out in semicircle's form and looked very amaizing. Till 2006 Lviv's paving of XVIII-XIX centuries was more than in Cracow and in many European cities, probably only Vienna and Prague had and have nowadays more ancient basalt paving than Lviv. It's a very pity, but a few Lviv' streets have such wonderful paving now. One of them is Halytska street, its photo You can see below (basalt paving after Lviv's rain on January 14th, 2011)
And since 2006 reconstruction was becoming in Lviv's central streets and some of them got a new paving from shareless stones or were asphalted. There wasn't a necessity in that reconstruction, because these more tnan 200-year-old basalt pavings were in the perfect state. And the streets got much worse appearance after that reconstruction. Here You can see the road of Rynok Square, historical centre of Lviv!, after such "reconstuction" (photo was taken myself after rain last week)
And after all the main questions are WHY mayor A. Sadovyy did roads' "reconstruction" and WHERE this perfect basalt pavings from many Lviv's streets went.

I can't believe that such "activity" was held in my native town. For what? Can You believe that the street on the next photo is a road before famous architectural monument "Chorna kam'yanytsa" ("Black building") on Rynok Square in Lviv? But that's true, here it is (photo of January 14th, 2011). And before "reconstruction" there was nice paving from basalt, such as You can see on the photo n. 1.

An explosion of the bomb in the biggest airport of the biggest world's country killed 35 and wounded 152 people. Huge sorrow for the relatives of that people. As Ukrainians say "Вічная пам'ять"(eternal memory) for these people.
That bombing attack shows Russia has not only the biggest territory, but has also very much big problems inside its state. And Ukraine must be aware of such state's neighbourhood and must do all possible to protect itself.
