Since December of 2012 Ukraine got the newly-elected parliament and several new ministers in the Cabinet of the Ministers of Ukraine. Several words about new complement of the Cabinet of Ministers of
Ukraine. Friends, fellows, good colleagues of Ukrainian President Viktor
Yahukovych or/and his two sons are in this new ministers' complement.
New (some old) ministers are frankly pro-Russian or very liberal to
Russia. In 2013 President V. Yanukovych also decided to change the heads
of the Service of Security of Ukraine and National Bank of Ukraine and
new heads of these state organizations are pro-Russian too.
And new Ukrainian parliament started to work very "originally"- from huge fights between the deputies of powerful and oppositional parties on December 12th and December 13th, 2012. The fights were begun because of non personal voting of some deputies from powerful party "Party of the Regions". Then different deputies of the parliament again "push" each other a little bit during new parliament's session on January 11th, 2013 and again because of non personal voting of some deputies from "Party of the Regions". Non personal voting means that one deputy votes for oneself and for several absent colleagues and then powerful party gets needed result of the voting. But it's unconstitutional voting! And Ukraine's citizens had seen many fights and non personal votings of the deputies in the early-elected Ukrainian parliament - the fights don't change that bad deputies' habit of non personal voting. And people also don't want to see any fight, show or circus in the parliament's session hall, they need the changes for the better life.Every deputy has the DUTY to vote personally and only for oneself. It's written in the Law "About Status of People's Deputy of Ukraine". And if deputy doesn't do deputy's duties, he/she can be recalled and deprived of deputy's status after the beginning of the function of guilty verdict concerning this deputy. Because non personal voting is a direct breach of Ukrainian Constitution and of the laws "About Status of People's Deputy of Ukraine" and "About Regulation of Parliament of Ukraine". When some deputy votes for another deputy, he/she breaks Ukrainian laws and that's why such deputy is guilty in the unconstitutional way of the voting. But why do Ukrainian deputies begin to fight in the parliament? There is no need in the fights. Those oppositional people's deputies, which don't like the illegal acception of the laws with the using of non personal voting of powerful deputies, so they must make the photos and videos of the illegal (non personal) voting in the parliament and then send the photos and videos with a suit against these deputies, illegally voting in the parliament, to Ukrainian courts. Because how can the country live according the laws, accepted in the illegal way? Because why may deputies get their high salary and various privileges, when they don't do their deputy's duties and break the Constitution of Ukraine? So if anyone of newly-elected people's deputies is interested in the following of Ukrainian Constitution, then please, begin to do something really effective with non personal voting in the parliament. And please to leave the fights, other "shows" and "spectacles" for movies and TV-programs.
And finallly! Yesterday, on January 14th, 2013, three leaders of the parliament's fractions Vitaliy Klychko, Oleh Tyahnybok and Arseniy Yatsenyuk registered their common project of the law about criminal penalty for the breach of the regulation of the voting on the sessions of Ukrainian parliament, Crimean parliament, regional and city councils. According to this project of the law any deputy, who voted for other deputy, as also any deputy, who gave his deputy's card for voting to another deputy, so such deputies broke their duty of personal voting and can be found guilty and be imprisoned for 5-8 years with the prohibition to hold state posts in the next 3-5 years after freeing from the prison. It's very fine project of the law!
